i-Fleet - Fleet management solutions
The i-Fleet is a satellite-based (GPS) vehicle tracking and controlling system which was originally developed for carriage of goods but nowadays the system supports operational work in numerous fields of business process management. As a result of continuous development, the system has become an efficient controlling tool in addition to remote supervision of the vehicle fleet, control of drivers and quick analysis of data coming from the vehicles.
The on-board unit developed and manufactured at large scale and meeting quality assurance requirements is equipped with a latest generation GPS receiver, and data are transferred to the central server through a GSM/GPRS network. Software updates, database maintenances are carried out centrally to ensure uninterrupted availability and recent statement sets for every user.
The i-Fleet efficiently supports our partners’ everyday work including carriage of goods, sales or service fleets or applications in the agricultural sector or public transportation.
Integration with ERP systems or other types of software by seamless transmission of data has become a basic requirement. For this purpose numerous alternatives and formats (html, xml, csv, etc.) are available to support customization and easy adjustability.
MAIN FUNCTIONS
Web access – from usual browsing programs (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, etc.) without client aplication
Multi-user model – 4 pre-defined authorization levels for unlimited number of users or individually adjustable functions, group of vehicles
Real time tracking – display of continuously updated information in tabloid format (fleet status) and on maps with the help of GRPS technology
Electronic route registration and travelling warrant – at several levels of detail, indicating change in ignition status and filtering out vehicle awaiting
Area-based statements – statistics on times spent and distance covered in areas defined by the user in different ways, and an alarming module can be used to indicate vehicles that enter or leave a given territory
Control of visits paid to customers – a statement based on important points included in the system to show only those partners that were visited for quick comparison between facts and plans Control of collection and distribution routes – on the basis of important points the system gives the sequence of loading/unloading points and the time spent there
Managing FMS CANbus data – receiving and managing technical parameters (e.g. consumed fuel, rpm, etc.) provided by the electronic system (CANbus) of the vehicle Fuel control management – with capacitive probe or fuel monitoring based on FMS CANbus data, including refuelling list, average consumption and display in tabloid and graphical formats. The system alarms automatically whenever any deviation from the norms occurs
Operating status registration – monitoring auxiliary equipment (e.g. pumps, aggregates, auxiliary drives, tilting, etc.) and preparing statistics. With the help of the alarming module, the system will give a signal automatically whenever some change of state occurs
Speed monitoring – in addition to displays in graphical (tachograph and diagram) and tabloid formats, the system gives an alarm signal whenever drivers exceed pre-determined speed limits
